Really friendly staff, great communication and very well located. We had the ground floor room, no ventilation and you could smell it. The window barely opened and the bathroom was not well ventilated.

The pallidio was an amazing boutique hotel. I travelled with my husband and 3 adult kids. We had the apartment room 10. it was spacious and we were able to sleep well and have each kid in their own space. My only thing would have been to have my son on his own space - his single bed was on w my husband and I. It was fine. Just a recommendation

Check-in after a late flight was easy. Restaurant/cafe was still open at 9:20p. They arranged a 3:30am taxi to the airport at a reasonable price. Overall, very satisfied!
