Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.

I was so disappointed with this hotel. It purports to be a 5 star hotel and I was certainly paying a rate commensurate with that but it simply isn ’t of a high enough standard to deserve a 5 star rating. From staff arguing with each other in front of us to being denied entry to the bar because it was too busy; there simply isn’t enough room for me to list their faults here, which essentially come down to a lack of attention to detail and care but if the management want to write to me I will give them the full list.

Wonderful stay at the Palazzo Dama for my husband’s 40th. We had a junior suite which was a good size, very comfortable and immaculate. Great location and friendly, professional staff. Lovely to stay in a boutique hotel with such unique features. Felt very luxe!
