In the resort 250 m from the centre of Capoliveri, 5 km from the centre of Porto Azzurro, 14 km from the centre of Portoferraio, in a central position on a slope, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2.4 km from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced). Barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine schöne, überdachte Terrasse – perfekt, um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt auf dem Gelände. Das Zentrum von Capoliveri ist bequem in 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Ideal gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt ideal am Ortsrand von Capoliveri, Restaurants, Supermarkt und alles weitere ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist eher spartanisch und karg eingerichtet, jedoch zweckmässig. Von der gedeckten Terrasse hat man Meerblick, allerdings muss man sagen dass das 1. Foto des Wohnungsinserat nicht vom Haus aus aufgenommen wurde, sondern vom Zugangsweg oberhalb des Appartements. An das Haus grenzt rechts eine hohe Mauer den Nachbargrundstücks, welche Abendsonne wegnimmt
