     TO SEE YOU WILL NOT REPENT, apartments with all around garden, olive grove, orchard, all fenced, illuminated avenues, 400 METERS FROM THE COUNTRY NEARBY BEACHES TO REACH. The apartments are all independent, complete with every service, dishes, deck chairs, tables and chairs for eating on the terrace, outdoor barbecues and outdoor showers. Außenbereich/Terrasse sehr schön, tolle Bepflanzung, Laufnähe zu Capoliveri super, sehr gute, schöne Lage, Kommunikation mit Lucio funktioniert sehr gut. Allerdings sollte man die Zusatzkosten bedenken (leider auf Elba üblich, ein No-go für uns), Bettwäsche Handtücher 25/Bett, 50/Bad Klimaanlage 10/Zimmer/Tag 80 Endreinigung. 1 Zi 2 Bäder sind wie Souterrain und waren feucht/dunkel. Evtl ist dies im Hochsommer besser

Unser Aufenthalt Il Pianello

Lucio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Bei Fragen kümmert er sich, gibt einem aber auch den Freiraum als Gast. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwenigen ausgestattet, die Spülmaschine ist nicht in Betrieb. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die große Terasse, welche schattige und sonnige Plätzchen bietet. Die oberhalb laufende Straße ist kein Problem. Das Zentrum des wunderschönen Ortes Capoliveri ist in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Großzügige Wohnung mit großer Terrasse

Wir reisten als Familie und verbrachten 14 Tage in Lucios Ferienwohnung. Lucio war sehr freundlich,die Wohnung großzügig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Allerdings muss sämtliches Gebrauchsmaterial (Spülutensilien, Gewürze, Öl,..) mitgebracht werden. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb Capoliveris,aber in Laufnähe zur Innenstadt, die Terrasse ist groß und schattig und von einem schönen Garten eingefasst,man ist sofort in Urlaubsstimmung und hat viel Privatsphäre. Die Straße oberhalb ist zu hören,aber die Lautstärke nicht wirklich störend. Die Strände in der Nähe sind sehr schön und die Lage insgesamt bestens geeignet für Ausflüge in andere Städtchen,zum Wandern und zu weiteren vielzähligen Badebuchten. Insgesamt alles prima.

Appartamento comodo e traquillo perché a pochi passi dal centro ma immerso nel verde con panorama rivolto verso porto azzurro,spazioso avendo 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni ,ma la zona più amata da noi è stato lo spazio esterno, con il tavolo grande le sdraio sempre al fresco,padrone di casa gentilissimo

Casa molto confortevole con bellissimo giardino e spazio aperto Il proprietario Lucio è gentilissimo, sempre disponibile a dare ottimi consigli e allo stesso tempo discreto. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gemütlicher Freisitz im Grünen. Keine übermäßige Belastung durch die oberhalb liegende Hauptstraße. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten dazu gemietet werden. Leider war die Spülmaschine defekt, Rinigungsutensilien für den dadurch notwendigen täglichen Abwasch standen nicht zur Verfügung.

Soggiorno piacevole ed inaspettato

Abbiamo soggiornato da Lucio e Giuse per una settimana e fin da subito ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Oltre alla nostra famiglia di 6 persone avevamo con noi un piccolo micetto di 4 mesi che si è ambientato subito e che aveva a sua disposizione tutto il posto per esplorare. L’abitazione è a pochi passi dal centro di capoliveri e dal ristorante Mickey Mouse mentre ogni spiaggia è raggiungibile in macchina. Siamo rimasti veramente colpiti dalla Location e la consigliamo vivamente a chiunque volesse soggiornare una casa nei pressi di capoliveri.
