About 10 km away is a riding stable nestled in a beautiful pine forest, where you can take riding lessons or take short rides with an instructor. Activities are also suitable for children aged 3 and up. Guided horseback excursions along the stunning Costa dei Gabbiani (Seagull Coast), a popular destination for cyclists and hikers, are also available.

The apartments consist of a triple bedroom with a double and single bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Each apartment has a comfortable private patio equipped with a beach umbrella, deckchairs, a table, and chairs, ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco. Guests also have access to a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, and parking. Both apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi, a fan, and a hairdryer.

Important Notes:
- Groups of young people under 21 are not permitted
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Small/medium-sized pets are allowed (no cats) with a €30 surcharge for final cleaning.
- Mandatory security deposit: €150.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels: Double bed set €40 (also for single use), single bed set €20. Please request before arrival.
- If using the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly rules). Otherwise, €50 will be withheld from the security deposit.

Check-in information is sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service for any questions. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio (depending on the opening season).
