House with garden and terrace on Elba Island
Very nice house with private garden on the front and large terrace at the back. The apartment is completely new (kitchen, bathroom and furniture) and consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with trays, pots, dishes and utensils. Equipped with a fan, two cold / hot electric air conditioners and a sail to hang on the outside terrace to shade it more.
It is possible to dine under the pergola or on the terrace overlooking the hills, in absolute quietness. It is possible to use a barbecue and an outdoor hot shower. In three minutes you can reach the center of Capoliveri and the adjacent beaches (Barabarca, Zuccale and Stecchi, Naregno and Mola). Nearby are two supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Everything inside the house is new. Guests can access the garden, with private parking (up to two cars), the terrace and all the comfortable spaces of the house.
It is possible to take advantage of the garden, sunbathe on the comfortable armchairs, swing in the hammock, enjoy a warm outdoor shower.

Insgesamt eine viel zu teure Wohnung für die Leistung:
- Wohnung hellhörig.
- minimale Ausstattung: kein Wasserkocher, kein Toaster, keine Weingläser, keine Mikowelle, nur 1 Liegestuhl, keine Hängematte wie auf den Bildern.
- Möbeln billig und teilweise kaputt, z.B. billiger Plastik-Gartentisch (nicht stabil), fruchtbar unbequeme alte Matratze, Gefriertruhe schließt nicht mehr, usw…
- Bettwäsche wurde nicht bereitgestellt, obwohl es im Leistungsumfang beschrieben war.
- Besitzerin nicht erreichbar bzw. meldet sich nicht zurück.
Insgesamt würde ich die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Casa con ottime potenzialità ma non curata . Camera matrimoniale cucina e sala sono il medesimo locale(no privacy) è anche presente 1 camera con due lettini + 1 bagno. Le prese elettriche accanto al letto matrimoniale non funzionano. Le zanzariere sono bucate, consiglio di comprare repellente liquido da collegare ad una presa. L’acqua calda nella doccia esterna non funziona. Il rubinetto lavabo esterno non funziona (esce un filo d’acqua). Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto ripulire tutto in quanto presenti residui nel frigo , in alcune stoviglie ed in generale l’appartamento non era pulito. Abbiamo anche smontato e pulito il sifone del lavandino in bagno perché otturato. bellissima vista montagne al tramonto dal terrazzo sul retro dove abbiamo potuto fare ottimi barbecue. Isola stupenda con bellissime spiagge.
Das Haus hat insgesamt 4 Wohneinheiten (2 Einheiten im UG, 2 im OG), die alle als Ferienwohnungen genutzt werden und liegt an einem Nordhang vor Capoliveri. Das Apartment hat den Eingang im Süden. Seine Terrasse im Norden bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Insel und mit einem Sonnensegel bietet sie genug Schatten an heißen Tagen.

- leider ohne Klimaanlage und auch nachts fahren vereinzelt laute Motorräder gut hörbar direkt am Haus entlang (guter Schlaf nötig)
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und können das Apartment empfehlen!
