The property is south/west oriented and is located a few minutes walk from one of the best known beaches in the town of Capoliveri: Madonna delle Grazie, where you can find bare and restaurant "La Grotta".
The villa is surrounded by about 2300 square meters of land. There is BBQ area, pizza oven, and an outdoor shower. Two terraces complete the property: the first is covered by a wooden pergola, the second accessed from the hall is oriented towards the sea, perfect for enjoying summer sunsets.

Wunderschöne Lage mit viel Platz

Traumhafte Insel, schöne Unterkunft. Über das vorhandene Spielzeug und den Tischkicker haben sich die Kinder sehr gefreut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirr und Töpfe sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat dadurch aber Charme und war für uns so wunderbar.
