Our pretty little villa with large garden and independent entrance is situated in a quiet locality of Gaon, in Caprino Veronese.
Panoramic view from the private garden to the valley, the lake and Monte Baldo.
This cosy residence consists of one bedroom, ideal to accommodate up to 2 people and the new pull-out sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 more.
Living area, offers a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table, a puff and a TV, a modern and functional furniture, to relax after a day of exploring.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge-freezer and a practical microwave, as well as having all the utensils and accessories you need to cook comfortably.
Equipped bathroom with a large shower and bidet, has a modern design and is lit by a window that provides pleasant light and ventilation.
Enjoy your stay in total comfort and privacy in this charming cottage.
Parking space is free.

Just 5 minutes i car you can visit the sanctuary Madonna della Corona an ideal place for those who wish to combine moments of prayer and inner serenity with opportunities to relax and quietly enjoy the spectacles that nature can offer you in this enchanting place.

Beschrijving huisje up to date maken

Goed om te weten dat er anders dan in de beschrijving staat geen airconditioning is. Ook waren er vanaf de slaapkamers geen deuren naar het terras terwijl dat wel omschreven was. Ook geen wasmachine en vaatwasser die tijdens onze boeking wel in de omschrijving stonden (maar voor wij gingen opeens verwijderd waren). Jammer dat de eigenaar bij onze melding hierover alleen maar in de aanval ging en zei dan ook geen goede review van ons achter te laten.
