"On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave our rubbish on the kitchen top for the cleaners to deal with. My son loved the spa bath and stays he wants to stay again."

The accommodation is comfortable and spacious and is great for a large family or individuals/couples. The view from the balcony and living area across Copacabana is just beautiful even on a raining day. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated our hosts thoughtfulness and prompt responses. "Kitchen was great- no coffee beans made it a bit sad we couldn’t use the machine. Everything else was great. Ended up covering the painting in the master bedroom with a towel as it was so scary! "

"House was as described with great views of the beach, although a bit of hike about 13 minutes if walking with a lotf stairs on the way so we mostly drove, only issue we really had was 3rd bedroom which my daughter stayed lacked privacy as it open to the upstairs lounge, Michael was a responsive and gracious host he always responded quickly to nay queries although we didn't have any problems so did not need to contact him during the stay"
