"We had a lovely weekend away at the Boronia beach house. It was the perfect layout and space for our group.The views are lovely. Jess and Amp made the check in and out process easy and were available to answer my questions. The stove top was not very effective (did not get very hot), it would be great if a few more tea bags were provided and some more power boards or extension cords would be great in the bedrooms but otherwise a very well throughout, tidy and clean home."

"Clean and fresh with very comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay, and a lovely fresh fruit bowl, a loaf of bread and some yummy gluten free biscuits. Butter and milk in the fridge.The only issue I had was I was cold! Yes, there is a reverse-cycle airconditioner in the living area, but no other heating, not even in the freezing cold bathroom.The bed was nice and warm though.It was peaceful and quiet and has a nice outlook and yes, Kookaburras calling in the morning.I'd probably stay again but not in Winter!"

"The house was perfect for our Easter family weekend, it's peaceful yet close to the beach. The house has absolutely everything you need and more, it's the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen in holiday accommodation. Our dog loved the big fenced front and back gardens and the fireplace was a big hit for us! It got chilly in the evening so we lit a fire and the house heated quickly and was so cosy. There's lots of books, games, literally everything you can think of is there, it's a real home away from home. The beds are very comfortable too.All in all, we would love to come back to The Mac Shak, it's lovely!"

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, and everything exceeded our expectations. The swimming pool was fantastic, very clean, and perfect for relaxing. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was exactly as described, and the peaceful location made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We truly felt at home and would definitely love to stay here again."
