"This home was perfect for our 10 family member annual spring trip. The inside was beautiful and comfortable. Our 8 year old grand loved the coloring supplies lol. The beds were all comfy. The kitchen well stocked and user friendly. Loved the screened porch and upstairs deck!! We enjoyed morning coffee on both! The pool was used every day and well maintained. Enjoyed using the golf carts to go to the beaches! Can't say enough about the service that brings the groceries and alcohol! Had an issue with a TV and the host acted to rectify. Overall an awesome week. Was our first trip to North Captiva but not our last!! This trip requires planning but so worth it!! Really enjoyed the ferry rides! Our big family had plenty of room to play games and just be on Island time!! "

"Our unit need a lot of attention. The property has much more construction going on still - more that they explained when I called to check. Somehow we got checked in before we even arrived, which was concerning. The app for activities gives very little info and the employees don’t have any knowledge of them either- we couldn’t figure out where to go for our kayak excursion. The water sports employee that helped us when we finally found the area was AWESOME though- super nice and friendly and helpful and knowledge. I grew up going to Sanibel/Captiva so I’ve been a lot in 47 years. They are doing great at rebuilding on the islands, but South Seas needs some better management and still has a ways to go before construction will be complete. "

"The home was well equipped to handle our party of 15. The rooms were comfortable and the location was fantastic!"

"The condo was beautiful and perfect. Everything we needed, especially an incredible gulf view just steps from the lovely beach. We arrived at midnight due to delayed flight and code wasn’t working. Didn’t get into condo until about 1AM. That was the only hiccup. I would definitely rent from this company again but would take an earlier flight in case there would be trouble with the code. Again, the condo and complex were absolutely lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed Captiva. "

"We did not use laundry service never been to a place where you paid for using washers/ dryer. AC was fine but needed fan in bedroom to keep it cool."
