"This was my 3rd time staying at this property. It never disappoints! There isn't a better location on the island. Bob and Wendy are darling and were great with communication and accommodating us. This was a girls trip and we had a blast. The only thing we were missing was maybe a couple more lounge chairs for laying out in the sun. :-) We saw dolphins almost every day. Manatees swam right by the house! Plenty of shells and the weather was beautiful. Pool/bar only a short golf cart ride away. We love this place and will definitely be staying there in the future. Thank you Stepanie and Wendy and Bob for sharing this special place."

"Need to make it easier to find the unit. We were up and down the stairs looking for the room 2121 reason couldn't find it because the plaque on the building showing the room numbers was off until I called the company . Otherwise enjoyed my stay ."

"This was a great place to stay. Took a lot of planning to coordinate airfare, Uber, shuttle, ferry and groceries but it all came together flawlessly. The vrbo was cute, nicely maintained, and had the private beach which was great. This location was known for its fishing off the dock (many boats came by and fished near here). Dolphins could be seen daily from the house/dock. The wildlife was amazing...stingrays, manatees, starfish, crabs, iguanas, turtles, and the shells on the beach were incredible. Only a few restaurants were on the island (and they are pretty pricey) so we definitely planned accordingly to cook at the vrbo as much as possible. The only concern was the PM company at certain times. When we did have an issue, they hid behind the text messages and wouldn't return phone calls. Once things were finally resolved, they were easier to work with."

"The house was amazing for our family of 10. The grandkids loved the indoor pool and the short walk to the beach was almost too good to be true! Keeping in mind that it’s Florida, the bugs in the kitchen were annoying and a little gross to cook around. The pest control company finally came in on Thursday, we were leaving Saturday morning, but honestly, they were almost worse after they were there. With that being said, we would not hesitate to book this house again because of the location and the fantastic beach!"
