Bay & Marina Views from Updated 1BR/2BA Condo in South Seas! Enjoy beautiful bay and marina views from the screened lanai of this nicely updated second-floor condo in South Seas Bayside Villas. Perfect for a relaxing Captiva getaway, this 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a king bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to four guests. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. Building amenities include an elevator, a convenient laundry room on the main floor, a heated pool, and a hot tub. Plus, enjoy easy access to Sanibel's famous beaches! A 2-night minimum stay is required. Please note that resort amenity access is not included or available.
