Escape to paradise in our stunning top-floor penthouse condo at Lands End, Captiva. This completely updated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat offers unparalleled waterfront living with endless views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Pass, and the Sound. Enjoy a spacious living area perfect for relaxing and entertaining, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and two bedrooms with two bathrooms conveniently located on the main level. The primary suite is a true oasis, featuring a king-sized bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a private open deck where you can soak in the mesmerizing water views. This condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests and offers a 5-night minimum stay. Guests can enjoy access to the community pool and tennis courts on-site. Please note that resort amenity access is not available or included. Experience the best of Captiva Island from this exceptional waterfront haven!

This is a fabulous property with world class views, a great kitchen, and an amazing master suite. The layout with the penthouse master suite and main floor living area and bedrooms was perfect for our family. Home is in good shape, wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. The area is still under construction, so beach access is not as convenient as it will be when finished. All the condo association amenities were great and location is great for sunset viewing from the deck, morning walks and fishing.

Poor Maintenace

I was disappointed with the check in process. We arrive to the property, and no one told me that there was not water in the property due to a repair been going on. Also, we were unable to use the pool because was lock and need a wrist band to get in. Reservation told me that doesn't need one, but property management say yes. The property has many cockroaches all over.
