Beach Villa 2313, Upscale and Beautiful Beach Front Condo with Gorgeous Gulf

Beach Villa 2313 is a very nicely renovated and luxurious vacation rental condominium in Captiva. Our spacious one-bedroom/one bathroom condominium features a very comfortable king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, a living area with a large flat panel TV, and a private screened lanai to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. The direct beachfront view looks out to the Gulf of Mexico and the pool area. While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis/pickleball courts, laundry room, BBQ grills, and the beach. We include beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful option,s and shops just outside the resort as well.

Private Management
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.

Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Great rental

Easy access to the beach. Had chairs for us. Close walk to Starbucks, the mucky Duck and easy to get around. Found some beautiful shells. Thank you for a relaxing visit!

Overall solid. Shower and bathroom sink was clogged up but property manager was quick to send plumber. Arrived to no coffee filters and 1 roll of toilet paper. Gorgeous views. Pool was not nice. Beach was beautiful. I would stay again if price was adjusted

Captiva escape

My sister and I went on a girls weekend and this was a great escape for us! The condo was very clean and in a location that can’t be beat. Communication was always very timely with the owners. We hope to visit again next year!

Wonderful setting for Girls Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay on Captivia Beach. The condo was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed the pool, watching the ospreys and other wildlife right in front of our unit, breakfasts out in the screened in porch, walks along the beach, shopping downtown and dinner + Happy Hours at Mucky Duck. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

Easy walk to beach, pool was awesome. Still much construction going on but limited times. Go to the marina to see manatees. We brought food to grill out by the pool. Not many dinner options

Wonderful!

The condo is clean and extremely comfortable. We brought items for breakfast and lunch in a cooler and dined at local eateries for dinner but appeared to have everything you would need if you were to cook. They have a cooler on wheels and chairs for the beach on the lanai for use. The pool is right behind the unit and then a short walk on the deck to the beach. That is the best part, private beach not crowded and just so relaxing. We loved our stay!

Great condo

Stayed with my teenage daughter. We really enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. I normally feel weird getting comfy in a vrbo, but it was so clean that it felt like home. The towels were very nice and the laundry is right under the unit, which was super convenient. The only suggestion would be to update the bedding. It has seen better days and the pillows were very lumpy. But other than that, it was wonderful. Proximity to the beach and pool was perfect. There was construction going on at the property, but it really didn’t affect us. It was to be expected. Will definitely book again.

Great location, would recommend a different condo

The condo was in a great location with a great view. We had three issues. 1. They didn't have the right door code in so we were locked out when we arrived late because of cancelled flight. 2. The mattresses where very uncomfortable. 3. They had restrictions on the air conditioner temperature, which made sleeping uncomfortable. We didn't know about the temperature restriction until the day before we arrived.

Great beach getaway

Our first trip back to the islands since 3 rounds of hurricanes and we were pleasantly surprised in the recovery. Even with Captiva’s being the most recent the beaches were lovely and our condo view even though it wasn’t what it would have been was still lovely. There is much work being done on the resort but didn’t find it to be disruptive only a sign of improvement. Plenty of restaurants a short walk or bike ride away to dine at and we enjoyed all of them. Dream vacations were fantastic to work with always easy to reach and gave us good instructions. Condo was exactly as pictured a little dark and dated for our tastes but exactly as portrayed. Everything clean and in good working order. The only thing that would keep us from renting again would be the bedroom. The mattress, pillows, and bedding old and not very comfortable especially the pillows. It was also so warm and stuffy. We used the small electric fan which helped but a ceiling fan could improve things dramatically.

Family reunion in Paradise!

Everything was as described and more! The unit felt like home. We had everything we needed including a blender! The view was spectacular, the ospreys, the iguanas and the dolphins were all amazing. Our family rented 4 different units. We met here for a reunion, and it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for sharing you're home! My husband says you should add a "sixth star"...we loved it here and hope to come back again! Highly recommend. We ate twice at Green Flash, the blackened grouper is superb! We also ate at Mucky Duck and the outdoor entertainment was wonderful! The beach is just wonderful. Watched dolphins from the far beach at very end between Captiva and North Captiva Island and they also swam by us in front of unit. Took dolphin cruise and the dolphins 🐬 sure entertained us!!!! Thank you, thank you!

Wish we would have stayed longer.

My husband and I were visiting Sanibel/Captiva for the first time. We stayed on Captiva and were not disappointed. The condo was conveniently located near restaurants, golf cart rentals, and a small grocery store. This is the cleaniest VRBO I've every stayed at. I'm allergic to dust, no dust here. The elevator is out of order and there's maintenance going on due to hurricane Ian devastation, but it didn't affect our stay at all. There's no construction noise and if you're concerned about the elevator, don't be, it's one short flight of stairs and your at the door. The beach is private and not over crowded. If you're looking to relax, this is the place. I do wish we would have gone grocery shopping for breakfast and lunch in, instead we dined out for every meal and it was expensive. Of course I want to help the local businesses rebuild, but should have planned for a few meals at the condo. Also, the condo has everything you need, kitchen is well equiped, beach chairs, beach towels...great place to stay. My only regret is not staying longer. :)

Great property right on the beach, pools werent crowded at all. Parking detals were wrong there was no construction, you can park right next to the room. Its gated but you just need to tell them your room address to get a gate pass.

Check-In was a breeze - we received code for the door ahead. The whole condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook. Loved the balcony and gorgeous view of the Gulf. There were 2 chairs, an umbrella and cooler to use for the beach along with 4 beach towels. Absolutely loved staying here and would love to go back.
