"Property is good. Kabir the night auditor checked me in and made sure to wait because I had multiple flight delays. Even though the person I spoke to on the phone did not put the note in my reservation like he assured me, Kabir was smart enough to wait for me. He was helpful and pleasant. I like that the hotel texted to check on me as well and ask me how my stay was going, never had that happen before! Free breakfast was good. Convenience store could use more items. This was a great stay."

"For a 2 star hotel, I received good service overall. There was one issue when my room was not cleaned, and the staff on duty that night were not very helpful. However, when I spoke with the manager on Monday, the issue was promptly resolved, and I was refunded for that night. I appreciated how it was handled in the "

"Dismayed to see moldy spots in the shower. The mattress was quite hard but not terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice but ran out of baked goods both mornings we ate- around 9am. The bathrooms should have more than two towels for two nights in our opinion. I always use one for my body and one for my hair. Upon entering, the room was absolutely freezing. I'm always warm but it took a long time for the room to be comfortable. It wasn't an overly hot day either. It felt as though the room had been on a very low temperature for days. We like this hotel very much and will continue to stay. With those few changes, it would be perfect. "
