"If you're looking for a five star all inclusive resort, this is not the place for you. It's a charmingly rustic cabin tucked back in the woods. I've seen the negative reviews complaining about the random vehicles parked about or sheds sitting here and there and to be honest it made me want to book it even more. The cabin was PERFECT. The host, Tom, was so welcoming. You feel like you're in the backwoods somewhere but you're only a minute from town. We throughly enjoyed our stay and our only complaint was that it wasn't long enough. If you're looking for something different I highly recommend this lovely little place! "

"Good value. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was gone by 6:30 am. It was either eaten by hungry travelers or stolen by a homeless person. There were only like 7 other people there and no one was up when I was leaving. The front desk is not staffed "

"After a long day of driving, I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the bed and appreciated the text check in from the manager. Breakfast Monday morning was superb. Quality and quantity (especially the hard boiled eggs). The breakfast manager chatted with everyone eating while I was there; very nice friendly touch. :) Alos, the renovations were very well done."

"The weekend I stayed here, they were supposed to have 6-12 inches of snow. The host gave us the option to reschedule thinking about our safety. Knowing friends booked traveling plans from out of state, we decided to keep the reservation and just stay inside. The host was VERY accomodating. We didn't ask for anything because they had everything stocked and clearly listed the allotment of certain things on the reservation so we came prepared with extra dishwasher pods, trash bags, towels, etc. Ambience was fantastic, game room was so fun, and the kitchen truly was a full kitchen equipped with everything including mixing bowls. The power and heat never went out, but we were prepared in case it was. There was a clear list on the fridge of how to close down the cabin. Easy instructions. 5 stars and I will rebook when it's warm so we can take advantage of the nearby hiking. "
