The room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The water came out of the bathroom faucet very slowly with very little pressure. I informed the staff and they said they would look at it.

The room was very clean and staff was very nice. Air conditioning was super crisp and cold for a hot day. Very convenient location, close to the SIU campus. I was super excited to find this jewel so close to campus. Note: there are no elevators, anyone using a wheelchair or cane should book handicap rooms on the lower floor for ease of access.

Curtains were ratty and unclean, there were spiders in the room and it smelled like smoke, no water pressure in the shower, loud traffic, doors slammed, the fridge in the room stunk, no elevator. Staff was friendly and nice.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Amenities
The rooms were cleaned pretty good! It just looked like it needs to be updated! My room had conditioner but no shampoo! The toilet seat didn't match the toilet! It was loose & yellow-le-ry, dingy looking! There was a small hole on the wall at the right side of bathroom door! And the sheets were super dingy! It's ok if you're traveling & you're tired & just want somewhere to lay your had!
