Would definitely stay here again, clean hotel, hotel was beautiful and area was super nice, Downfall. We called prior to booking to ask for tractor trailer parking and I clarified 2x while on the phone for a BIG RIG they confirmed. When we got there, there was no parking for it. We had to park in the road which wasn’t ideal at all. Other than that hotel was great.

The front desk staff was responsive and efficient. Unfortunately the refrigerator and heat/air conditioner in the room were both old and noisy. This made sleeping a bit of a challenge until we had to unplug the fridge and turn off the heat. The front lobby looked remodeled and refreshed. The room we stayed at seemed worn.

I’d give it 3.5 if I could. Overall it was a decent place to stay if you’re visiting Aspen. My one complaint was that the shower has extremely low pressure and in the winter, it is not an enjoyable experience. Like most hotels nowadays, they do not come in to clean or change sheets/bedding until your stay is over. The breakfast was decent and the front desk staff was very, very nice. Overall, I would recommend this for a budget hotel.
