This apartment is located in a pleasant holiday village nestled in the heart of the pine forest, just 1 km from Lake Carcans. It provides an ideal place for family holidays, in a natural, calm and secure environment. The Atlantic Ocean is 3.5 km away, easily accessible by the cycle path, which is highly appreciated for connecting the lake, the forest and the ocean beaches.



The residence offers numerous leisure facilities designed for both young and old, with a collective swimming pool open from 17 June to 4 September, a children's play area, a beach volleyball court and a ping-pong table. A laundry is also available within the residence.
