Villa des Chênes: Holiday rental offered by Bru and Sons Real Estate is a beautiful bright house ideally located just 500 metres from Lake Maubuisson. Its location allows you to enjoy a pleasant and convenient setting, with shops approximately 300 metres away and the ocean 5 km away, offering a perfect balance between nature, relaxation and seaside activities.



The house has a spacious and comfortable living room including a table, chairs, a sofa, a television, storage spaces and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay in all seasons. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, ceramic hobs, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, storage cupboards, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils. Coffee makers, kettle and toaster complete the equipment for optimal daily comfort.



The night space consists of two rooms, each fitted with a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower and a washbasin, while the toilet facilities are separate.



Outside, a terrace equipped with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy meals in the open air. The enclosed garden offers a pleasant and secure space to relax. A parking space is also available.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the holiday rental and can be offered as an option, with rates available upon request from Bru et Fils Immobilier Agency. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

L'emplacement, Le confort du logement et l’agencement. Revoir l’emplacement de la machine à laver le linge. Attention aux marches en bois en arrivant à l’entrée. L’aspirateur est à changer il n’est pas idéal pour la surface et n’aspire pas vraiment.
