One of best places I have stayed at. Rooms are new and perfectly clean. Friendly service. Just a short walk up the street to the medieval city. Very highly recommend!!!!!

Perfect spot, 5 minutes walk from the old city of Carcassonne. The email from the AppartHotel was really informative and helpful, recommendations were great, we used them all! The apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and modern.

Great location for walking access to Carcassonne Castle. Although the immediate environs around the hotel are not inspiring, the proximity to the historical centre is a winner. The facilities are very good and certainly great value for money. The manager is very responsive and helpful. There is onsite parking.

We were very pleased with the hotel's location and the fact that that the car was just outside the room and very secure. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful in providing information about restaurants, etc. However, the room could use a good cleaning and additions to kitchen ware is needed as there was only 1 wine glass and no bowls.

New apartment. Well appointed with all you could need. Short walk to La Cité. Excellent location and furnishing. General shops not so close - bring your own basics milk etc or call at the supermarkets on the way from the airport. (There were coffee liners in the property fir the coffee filter.) Excellent situation near to Carcassonne cite - just a short walk. Very comfortable and well stocked apartment with an allocated secure parking space. Superb service arrangements from the very friendly and welcoming host who provided us with clear instructions to gain access to the property via text, since we were badly held up en route.

Great location, 3*, comfortable, recommended.
Excellent location a ten min walk to La Cité. Private car parking. Coffee maker in room. Toiletries (shower gel/shampoo). Very comfortable bed. A/C. Kitchen area but with hob and microwave. I´m not sure about pans as we did not use them - probably yes - cutlery and plates. Lovely little semi private terrace outside each room for a coffee or picnic. Although near main roads it was quiet at night and felt secure and homely. Good attentive service and reasonable price. I would stay again.

Brilliant Location
Perfect location for visiting the old town. Had to wait 15mins for the owner to open the gates as he was not on site but other than that everything went smoothly. Only a five minute walk to the old town and hotel had free parking. Would definitely stop again.

La ubicación excelente, tienes la Cité a muy poca distancia. Parking privado, zona tranquila y silenciosa. La habitación estaba muy bien, pequeña pero confortable. El colchón es terrible, incómodo y tiene muchísimo polvo (soy alérgica a los ácaros). El dueño es muy agradable. Y el baño estaba muy limpio. Comunicación impecable tambien.

Je suis surpris des commentaires dithyrambiques qui sont fait sur cet établissement et qui me semblent largement surfaits. Le nom d’appartement est également un peu « pompeux » pour une chambre un peu "tristounette" équipée d’une kitchenette et d’une tablette fixée au mur en guise de table à manger. On ne peut pas dire que l’on se sente confortablement installé pour manger. Pas de coin salon qui permettrait de s’asseoir pour regarder la télévision ou lire au lieu d’être contraint de s’installer sur le lit qui n’est pas non plus la position la plus confortable pour rester assis longtemps. Sinon nous avons été bien conseillés par l’hôtelier et l’hôtel est bien situé, proche de la cité médiévale. Le parking est clos et les places sont affectées par numéro de chambre, ce qui est bien. Pas de petit déjeuner, COVID oblige...

Le vrai plus est la proximité avec la cité, sinon toiles d'araignée au plafond, absence du lecteur DVD alors qu'il est stipulé dans l'annonce, tout comme l'absence de vues sur la cité, à la place un extérieur mal entretenu, plantes crevées, haie massacrée, remorque avec déchets dedans, télécommande du portail qui ne fonctionne pas, réglette bas de porte de douche moisie, etc...

Séjour fantastique ! Emplacement idéal à 5min à pied de la cité médiévale à absolument visiter. Restaurants à petits prix tout autour. Studio tout neuf, très confortable, calme et bien aménagé. Terrasse privée appréciée avec une table pour déjeuner. Parking privé gratuit fermé par un portail automatique. Personnel très sympathique ! Accepte les animaux. Espace extérieur agréable ! A recommander les yeux fermés !
