Great location next to the fortress, excellent friendly staff, nice sized comfortable room and bed. Only complaint is there was not even a drawer to unpack any of your luggage. We are literally living out of our suitcases as there was nowhere to put stuff. Other than that we still highly recommend.

Beautiful little hotel next to the walls of carcassone castle. Great spot with pool and rooms with decks ( worth it). Only complaint is rooms are tight for two pieces of luggage and not a huge fan of only hand held showers( although my wife loved the bath and shower..is romantic..note this has a 2 star Michelin restaurant attached but only open Tuesday to Saturday.

A fabulous position close to the Old city. It’s very modern. The rooms are small and quite dark inside. They have comfy bedding and we had a very large fabulous walk in shower with a nice patio and chairs to sit out in. No atmosphere or lounge as such to have a drink and relax other than your room. I would say a place to stay one or two nights only. We stayed four nights which was too long. However Carcassone is stunning and there is easy access via train to several places.

Great location & lovely staff

Great hotel, so close to the entrance to the medieval city. The reception were so helpful and booked a fabulous restaurant for us. Also we were able to park our camper van securely which was good. We will return and dine at the sister hotel’s restaurant next time

Oasis of calm in close proximity to Carcassonne

Beautiful and peaceful hotel but in such close proximity to the medieval city. However the highlight was the staff - so accommodating and friendly. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great location within 3 minute walk of the city entrance and also great views if you walk up the hill in the garden. Receptionist was very friendly & helpful. We arrived early expecting to just leave our bags however it was a nice touch for them to let us in the room early. Great private secure parking inside the grounds for €15 per night and able to come and go as you please. Rooms adequate for a night. Strange layout (standard room) with the WC on one side of the room and the wash basin on the other, bit inconvenient to wash your hands after using the WC, especially in the middle of the night, if you turn on the light you wake partner or trip over as you can't see where your are going if you don't. Pillows were synthetic lumpy & uncomfortable could do with replacing. Toiletries were minimal 2 in 1 one body hair shampoo & hand wash that's it. All in all an pleasant stay but small things could improve it such as the pillows.

Perfect location close to the gates of the walled city. Easy parking once the system is explained. Enter the public car park gates at the front of hotel, park and walk to reception where the correct tickets can be obtained for parking. 15€ per night charge. Rooms are immaculate and have a small fridge and pod coffee machine. Decor is excellent and has deck access to most rooms. Good if you smoke, not if you don’t. Reception was efficient and polite. Note the bath had a hand held shower with no facility for hands free use. The drinks and breakfast are overpriced and underwhelming when there are bars and cafes just inside the walls. Definitely worth the stay except for the shower.

The location to Cite is perfect---just across the parking lot. The parking offered by the hotel is also convenient and safe. They were very helpful in making reservations for one of the Putelat restaurants, which was an excellent experience.
