When we went to strip the bed because I had lost a ring, we discovered a large, brownish stain on the sheets that looked like baby feces and the sheets clearly had not been changed before our arrival. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially a Hyatt, and it caused me distress and concern for cleanliness. The front desk was not informed as my husband said what difference is it going to make as we were checking out anyways, but the situation and the fact that housekeeping had missed such an obvious stain seriously undermined my confidence in the room’s hygiene."
