"When we were checking out in the lobby a woman from housekeeping brought my wife a bracelet she had forgotten. She took time out of her busy day to ensure we didn't leave without it rather than turn it into the front desk later on. Thanks so much!"

"The room was clean and spacious. The lobby area was better than I expected . Nice four star hotel in GTA. The hotel is a bit far from the train station . You can uber to York mill station and take 30 minute ride downtown . I think should improve the breakfast . They should offer more than a continental breakfast ."

"The staff are nice especially when we handed them our luggage for storage before check in. There were technical difficulties on the elevator going to the 12th floor which we have reported to the front desk multiple times. The alarm beeps every 10 seconds making it a bit hard to sleep. For some reason we have only been provided housekeeping services for the first 3 days and not the last three; thus, we didnt receive any refill for the following: kleenex, handsoap, and plastic bag for the trash and recycling this is despite leaving prior to checkout time to allow for housekeeping to hit our room. The facility was nice, the room was comfortable and the bed was good, but that elevator alarm still kept us up. We were advised the issue would be fixed on monday (when reporting it on sunday) but when we came back monday night it was still there. They offered us another room but we already settled in and had sprawled out so we tried to ignore it. Nonetheless, the staff are accommodating and apart from the issue with the alarm as well as the lack of housekeeping services, our stay was great."

"Prefect hotel location in downtown Toronto. Eaton mall is right by the hotel and many food options. The hotel was very clean with all a traveler's needs. Staff was very welcoming and attentative. The only downside during our stay was that the cleaning lady refused to give us clean towels and water bottles."
