I was happily surprised by the hotel. Wasn’t expecting much. Staff at checking were helpful, could have been more clear about charges (breakfast and parking). We were a big group and had a great time. Lit from the restaurant and bar was very nice and helpful!! Breakfast was good

Poor hotel conditions. Booked 3 bedrooms and the air conditioning is broken in all of them. We’re forced to keep the windows open and use fans.

The Parkgate Hotel
Ideal central location although no city view, despite booked. Room very clean and plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Dressing gowns handy in bathroom. Great selection of teas and coffee provided 😊. Breakfast service and selection of food excellent.
