This compound has it all, 4 bed 3.5 bath main house. 1 bed 1 bath 2 story guest house with sleeping for 4. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, cold plunge and private outdoor shower. In total 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home on a gorgeous private lot, minutes from downtown encinitas and cardiff. Rental includes house keeper once a week, 2 e bikes, surfboards, paddle board, and boogie boards. One bedroom in the main house can be converted into a home gym or a bedroom with queen bed based on preference and need.
