Great location, clean and tidy. Hotel is a little dated but that made no difference to us. The room recycling rules are unfathomable. One point to note - we went on a walking tour which revealed the Angel is the most haunted building in Cardiff!

Room was on the zero level which I have stayed in before on quite a few occasions - they are always cold, bathroom radiators don’t work and tv signal is awful and pixilated. Other than that the reception team, health club and restaurant were as good as usual
