"Pros: La casa apenas la disfrutamos ( estábamos todo el día fuera) pero fue muy agradable y cómoda en general el tiempo que estuvimos en ella Cons: Si tengo que poner pegas como dicen otros viajeros el wifi no llegaba a las habitaciones pero para nosotros no supuso mucho problema, si tengo que hacer mención a la iluminación de la terraza y salón ( algo escasa)"

"Pros: Hemos llegado un poco tarde y , al avisar al anfitrión ( Víctor ) , se ofreció a recogernos en el aeropuerto , porque estaba cerca; Aunque no fue necesario, al llegar al apartamento nos sorprendimos por encontrar el aparcamiento privado súper cerca , la tranquilidad y lo bonito y cómodo que era el apartamento....aunque solo fuimos una noche , nos había dejado vino y chocolate sobre la mesa... muy buena combinación. "Pros: Casa con muchisima tranquilidad, teniamos de todo lo que necesitabamos a mano, además tenemos un niño de 4 años y estaba encantado por tener jardin donde jugar, y encima teniamos para poder visitar muchos animalitos que le encantan .... Cons: Para mi todo era perfecto, desde la casa, el anfitrión Sergio, entorno.....se cumplieron mis expectativas, me quedó pena de no poder permanecer alli un poco más de tiempo.. pero volveré al mismo lugar, porque es genial"

"We've visited Fuerteventura a few times now, and stayed in this area each time. We usually stay in the hotel next door which is a 5 star, but decided to stay at the Elba this time which is a 4 star, but in all honesty we were not disappointed with our choice. We did bed and breakfast and the food and options in the morning were great. The facilities were really nice, great pools and grounds with access to the beach too. Staff were bang on point, and proper looked after us whilst celebrating a special date for us too. Rooms were kept clean throughout our stay and the air-con did a great job keeping us cool. There were no towels in the room on arrival, but I went to the front desk after waiting a while for some to be brought to our room and the staff gave me a couple of pool towels to get us through until the towels arrived the next day with housekeeping. No big deal at all. One thing that was different to other hotels I've stayed in is that we had to pay to use the room safe. €3 Euro's a day, so €21 for the week. I only mention this so you know what to expect before booking or on arrival. Like I said at the beginning, we normally stay in the 5 star next door, but I will happily be returning here again when visiting Fuerteventura. If you need a good affordable place to eat nearby I cannot recommend the Fado Rock Steakhouse enough. It's a 10-15 minute walk away. I eat there every night I'm on the island. The Elba Carlota Beach & Golf Resort is a hotel I definitely recommend."

"For me, this is a great location: a few minutes walk to the beach, and there is a nice supermarket (SPAR) almost on the property, and a couple more 5 and 10 minutes away walking distance (a bigger SPAR and a Hipodino). There are a lot of little shops that sell everything, a pharmacy, and plenty of restaurants. Although there will always be a few noisy people here and there no matter where you go, I've been to Bahia Calma Beach three times now, and I've never had a problem with noise, and in general it's very peaceful. And the staff is always very friendly and helpful! "

"This hotel is nice but definitely a work in progress. The staff are friendly but very limited as at times there were empty bottles and glasses left on the side for hours waiting to be collected. At the time of our visited the gym and sauna were under construction. In my opinion the safety railings should be much higher than where they currently are at waist level"

"Myself and partner had a wonderful stay and can't really complain about anything, the rooms are basic but spacious (bedroom, living room and bathroom) clean with a well maintained. The food choice was excellent, fresh and with plenty of variety. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of shops bars and restaurants.. although Costa Calma is more on the quite side, there are still plenty of activities around to do and see. "
