Top Caribbean Islands Hotel Reviews

Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort - All Inclusive

Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort - All Inclusive

8/10 Good
"We felt very safe, the resort was very well maintained, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed many of the activities. The food options were more limited than we preferred with kids. The staff were very nice, but limited in English so a lot of the the items we ordered were incorrect. Without our concierge from Expedia we might have missed more than we did, the app didn't work for the resort. The allowed vendors were overwhelming some days. The checkout could have been better, our driver had to help us get someone to remove our bands and allow us to leave. Check-in could be improved, but we knew that going in, all the reviews and YouTube videos tell you that it will be a nightmare. Overall, we had a great time."
