Hotel Riu Republica - Adults only - All Inclusive
For such a large 1300 room resort the access to pool and beach chairs was good. Room was clean and food was plenty but mostly buffet. Wish there was more table service at the specialty restaurants.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
At the time we arrived the resort agent at the check-in, Geicha, was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She provided the most suitable room for my family. Furthermore, before arrival, she had already booked all restaurant reservations for us. Superior customer service!
