"We had a wonderful stay and spent 7 nights at this studio rental. The studio was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation including beach towels, cooler & beach chairs. Its location was perfect—close to the beaches, restaurants, and many popular attractions.The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay, making the entire experience even better.We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!"

"This house had everything my family needed for a week in Puerto Rico! It was convenient to one of the best beaches (Balneario la Monserrate), the Kioskos de Luquillo, El Yunque Rainforest, and even the grocery store! Although some of the houses in the neighborhood were a bit run down (lots of them are being refurbished), we never felt unsafe. We spent a lot of time out and about, but it was so nice to have this home to return to. The host was super responsive. The home was clean and had all the basic things we needed, including beach towels, a cooler, chairs and umbrellas. There was a problem with the pool which was repaired in less than 24 hours. She was available for any questions, and even made local recommendations. We had everything we needed to make food at home, which saved us some money and time. My only dislike really was the beds were firmer than we like. Overall, I would highly recommend this property! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Communication for check in was given in a timely manner. Check in was super easy. This place was amazing for our family of 8. Lots of space, super clean, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing! Happy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to take with us to the beach, since we flew to the island. Would definitely stay here again. Located close to the beach and many other amenities. Thank you for hosting us!"

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Five stars isn't nearly enough.Every year we have a family get together for a summer adventure and we have concluded that nothing will ever surpass this experience.The house is fabulous, the owner was easy to work with, the value was amazing and the property manager was attentive and always ready to help (though rarely needed and only for minor things like additional paper goods).You could not imagine a more gorgeous location ... right on the beach in a quiet part of the island.The house is surrounded by beautify tropical foliage.The house itself is spacious, well appointed and well maintained. You will thoroughly enjoy your time at this little piece of paradise."

"This is a lovely set of duplexes in a great location - the beach is just steps away, and there’s a good breakfast/lunch spot around the corner. Each duplex has a balcony off of the main bedroom with a couple of chairs to sit in, and you can see the ocean from the rooftop, which has a couple of shaded tables, a bar area, and lounger. Jesus was easy to contact. My only area of criticism would be that this should be marked more clearly as two duplexes with two bedrooms each, not one house with four bedrooms. Still, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
