"We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The space felt fresh, newly updated, and exceptionally comfortable for our trip. You really can’t beat the view—overlooking the beach with sweeping vistas of Luquillo and Fajardo was the ultimate highlight. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great stay. The condo was immaculately clean and fully stocked, from beach necessities such as chairs, cooler, boogie boards and snorkeling gear to cooking utensils. We always had hot water and the water pressure was excellent. The AC units worked extremely well. I was a little nervous I wouldn't be able to figure out the key pick BUT Rios instructions were perfect and we had no issues at all. Read the directions carefully and you will be fine. The pool was open, clean and the water was warm. If you need anything during your stay don't hesitate to reach out to Rios, he will answer immediately and he also checks in on you during your stay."

"La propiedad es hermosa y está equipada con todo lo necesario. Fuimos en familia y disfrutamos con todos los juegos disponibles, cartas, domino, jenga, etc. La piscina es a pasos de la casa y nunca estuvo muy ocupada. En las mañanas y tardes éramos los únicos allí. La playa también está super cerca. Una muy buena estadía en general!"

"10/10 – Amazing host and incredible accommodations!I absolutely loved my entire stay. The unobstructed ocean views were breathtaking, and one of my favorite parts was leaving the windows open at night and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. It was exactly the peaceful, oceanfront experience I was looking for.If you’re looking for a private, relaxing getaway away from the crowded tourist areas, this is the place. The host was fantastic, the accommodations were exactly as described, and everything exceeded my expectations.I will definitely be booking this place again and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. What are you waiting for? Book it already—you won’t regret it!"

"The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location is wonderful, walking distance to the Plaza and many restaurants. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful, right across from the ocean. The condo was very clean. I highly recommend this location."

"We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse in Luquillo! The views from the 21st floor were absolutely breathtaking, and the balcony was the highlight of the trip. Having an outdoor bar and TV made it the perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings while enjoying the ocean views.The condo was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep after long days exploring Puerto Rico.Our only complaints were that the in-unit washer was out of service, so we had to use the community laundry facilities, which was a bit inconvenient. We also would have appreciated having a few extra blankets available for lounging on the couch.Overall, those were minor issues compared to everything else this property had to offer. The location, spectacular views, and beautiful balcony made for an excellent stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"I'm just saying, the beds were awesome!! Firm bedding, nice pillows, fresh cotton sheets. A/C in all 3 bedrooms was a must and a plus. Could have used one in living room but fan was good enough. Host was accessible by phone. Parking garage was a bit tricky. The lobby, which is on main level is where the elevator is so put peeps and luggage out 1st before parking."
