"Rooms were clean. Ac worked great. Kitchen was clean and had everything needed to cook plus plenty of plates and glassware. Host was very communicative and accommodating and was very quick to respond "

"This is a great property as a place to lay your head when traveling around the island. Some of the instructions on getting around, check in, and check out were confusing and depending on where you look for it (via website, text, email, handbook in the room) there was conflicting information. While being in the middle of nature and local living is part of the experience, if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and an eye mask. Those coquís and other habitat like to be loud in the evenings and mornings. The breakfast room is open 24/7 which was a huge bonus as it had an ice maker and microwave along with kitchen utensils. The room itself was pleasant and was spacious for a solo traveler. The area felt safe as the location is gated. "

"Hôtel is ok, but not « boutique «  level. You are welcomed by someone in an office, handing beach towels and that is it. No water bottles in the room, bed was average and looked very cheap. No beach in front you can walk to the nearest access 5min away. There was supposed to have a coffee pot, but we never saw it. On the good side it is near the Luquillo food street which you could walk to. "

"During American spring break, we were fortunate that there was a corporate event for Spectrum Superstars. This meant the pool area was hardly crowded, and all the restaurants accepted walk-ins. However, this changed once the event ended and the spring break families arrived—you needed to be at the pool by 8 a.m. to secure a seat. The restaurants were also full, although you could usually get a table if you went for an early dinner around 5 p.m. I would highly recommend visiting the new Spanish tapas restaurant called Amaya. You should ask to be seated in Carlos’s section, as he was excellent. Iguanas is also worth visiting, as the food there was great as well. Now, regarding the 22 bed bug bites—I would strongly advise against staying in room 4024. The bed closest to the balcony was the only one I used, and the rest of the family used the other beds without any issues. This rules out rainforest or sand bug bites, as no one else was affected. I was the only person who used that bed, and the doctor also confirmed it based on the bite pattern and delayed reaction. I never expected a high-standard hotel to have a bed bug issue. The air conditioning also seemed to be malfunctioning, as the room always felt muggy. I would have considered returning during an off-peak time because of the staff, but bed bugs are a hard pass for me. I still feel disgusted."

"We loved this house! The pool space is beautiful and so relaxing. The house was large, incredibly well equipped (with everything you could need) and very clean. The house is very close to lots of activities, restaurants and beaches. We had 12 of us staying there and still plenty of space. The host was very attentive and always available if we need recommendations or had questions. The only negative (which is completely out of their control) is the neighboring roosters can wake you depending on which room you are sleeping in - my husband solved this by putting in his headphones once they started."

"The home was everything we needed it to be. It slept six people easily, had all the necessary equipment to cook, the washer and dryer made being there for a longer stay nice and convenient. The host communicated with us in a timely manner and addressed any issues, which were minimal, quickly. The house is close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. The welcome basket was a considerate and nice touch. The tv has plenty of streaming channels. "

"We loved staying here! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The air conditioning was great, and there was hot water. We went to El Yunque, Luquillo kiosks, the Ancestral Chocolat factory (try the hot chocolate!) and JungleQui during our stay here, and it was close to all of it. We caught the ferry to Vieques on our last morning staying here, and it was a fairly short drive there, too. We cooked most of our meals here, and the kitchen had what we needed. The host is very kind and responds quickly to messages. We had no issues during our stay, but if we had, I don’t doubt they would’ve been taken care of quickly. Our most favorite part about staying here was the yard! We went outside at dusk with headlamps and discovered so many cool things! We found coqui frogs, white lipped Caribbean frogs, a tarantula, anoles, iguanas, huntsman spiders, and fireflies. Plus all kinds of plants, like a cashew tree and some banana trees. We spent about an hour and a half just exploring the backyard and being delighted by it all. My son slept outside on the enclosed porch in a hammock all three nights, falling asleep to the sounds of frogs and rain- and the occasional nocturnal rooster. :) If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. The cats and chickens on the property during the day were also fun have around- we even named one of the cats that always seemed to be in the driveway. We would absolutely stay here again!"
