The only issues was timing on getting service we waited long periods off times to get served or even be acknowledged. We found this unusual for an IGH property."

"Room was not ready for check in till 453pm, that is 53 minutes after check-in time. Bell staff was great, front desk staff just ok, not tge best hospitality, the bell staff mafe up for it. No pol towels either. Hot tub water was not as clear as it should be, water was hot though. Room was impeccable "
