Hallways smelled musty but very cool compared to the inside of our room which had trouble keeping cool. Pools are very nice and restaurants are good. "It has great views, but needs improvements Management should pay attention to room cleaning specially the bedroom rug. incomplete set of bedsheets with no sheets to cover blanket. Blanket was super thin making it look like a cheap motel. "

"The spa is actually across the street and not in the building, the staff are lovely! I didn’t have a wash cloth my first night but who is washing with rags anyway? Other than that, no complaints. "

"For a budget property, this was a good stay for 1 night. It was clean, the water was hot and the amenities were better than expected. The AC was VERY loud and the walls were thin but not overly bothersome. "

"Noisy, granola bars with coffee for the price of this hotel was shameful. The common area was sparce-patio tables and a few unbrellas indoors. Too much traffic, construction, loud people but I guess that's what you get for staying in the center of Old San Juan. Will not recommend this property to anyone who wishes a decent nights sleep. Very disappointing for the end of a good trip.Should have expected and done more research. "
