The Condado Plaza Hotel

"Had a 7-day stay at there’s location and it was absolutely pleasant from check-in assistance and amenities —this hotel is huge and the rooms are just as huge, very spacious to include the bathrooms - linen and pillows were very comfortable - each night was a pleasant one and I woke up well rested. Only hiccup was one of the main elevators were out of service during the entire stay..Kimberly (front desk) was very accommodating as I had issues in my first room with the A/c after the second attempt, she immediately offered me another room..was very pleased with her service..though I gave the hotel FIVE stars, it could use a restaurant onsite to at least offer breakfast and lunch..the bar is also amazing, make sure after you check in go and grab a cocktail or speciality cocktail from the amazing bar onsite. I will definitely be re-booking my stay at this location on my next visit.. The beach and pool were amazing as well - there was a do and swim-up bar at the hotel as well!"

"Had an amazing stay at La Concha Resort! Our room had an incredible ocean view right on Condado Beach — woke up to that view every morning and it never got old. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife. The iconic shell-shaped lobby/lounge area is such a cool touch and a great spot to grab a drink at sunset. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan"

"Great little hotel, with the great bonus of an open bar which pretty much took care of anything else that was not up to par. The vibe is great and the location even better. The bathroom was stamp-sized so not ideal for a couple, the room was OK. Parking is a couple of blocks away which was absolutely fine."

"Very clean. Nice and polite staff except one lady at the night shift, don't know her name, only that she is a little big and couldn't give us details why the parking lot was full and was kind of rude. We find out there was a prom party in the hotel and at least she send us across the street to park for free."

"The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff is helpful and most of them are bilingual. The pool was beautifully kept and there are always people there such a good vibe. There is so much to do in the area you do not really need to rent a car unless you plan to travel the island. The hotel is not on the beach but beaches are close by. Make sure to get your breakfast included they have a nice breakfast buffet if you do not get it as part of your package it is $40.00 per person. An easy walk to the TMobil district building and you have a great selection of bars and restaurants even a cigar lounge. Check in =Easy Check Out=Easy Room Service=was good for one of those tired nights All in All it was an excellent stay"

"Could use some updating but overall, we had a great time. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Be prepared to spend some money if eating at the resort. It’s a little expensive but nice size portions. The bodega and restaurant right outside the resort were lifesavers. It was not overly crowded which was nice and the weather was great. We were able to find secluded chairs along the ocean at night which was really nice. All in all we came back refreshed which is exactly what we needed. Shout out to Walter at the pool bar! He was so nice! We loved interacting with him and it really added to the enjoyment of our trip. Thank you! Parking is expensive and there is an additional daily resort fee, so keep these in mind when planning your trip."
