"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Puerto Rico. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor landscape. It was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and added such a tropical charm to the experience. Everything felt clean and well cared for, and the surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy the stay. Overall, a lovely experience that I would definitely recommend to others looking for a comfortable and scenic stay."

"So glad we chose the Hyatt Vacation Club in Hacienda del Mar, Dorado the staff was very welcoming helpful and attentive. Gorgeous property our room had everything we could need and MORE! Beautiful view from our room over looking the pool area and beach, our family we’ll definitely be back! "

"This is describes as a resort.. it is not. They share a pool area with the embassy suites next door. Everything here was a hassle.. from trying to reach the front desk, to parking, even down to getting towels. Nothing here is relaxing. The overall vibe is low-end, out dated, and loud. Not one thing here could be describes and nice, relaxing, or luxurious. We booked for 4 nights and left after 2. I didn't care about the money lost. It was worth it to leave and head east to the much nicer Hyatt Regency. Would not recommend this hotel. "
