"We had to check out early after spending one night of our scheduled 5 day trip. The lobby was nice. No place to buy snacks or souvenirs. The elevator should have been a red flag. It was SO dirty and unkempt. When we got to the room it was decent. In need of upgrades but ok. The bathroom was gross. Everything was rusted and the shower knob was falling off. And there was hair everywhere so obviously not thoroughly cleaned. The view from the balcony was beautiful. And having a balcony was a nice feature. The WiFi would not work. The power kept flashing on and off. The fire alarm was going off. And that was all day 1. The pool was ok. The hot tub was filthy. Day 2 we sucked it up and went out. When we got back my husband turned on the sink to wash a cup and 3 roaches poured out from under the lip of the sink. That was it for us. We went to complain. Tried to switch us to a new room that was just as repulsive. We opted to just leave. Mind you it was 11:30pm at this point. The staff could not have cared less. They weren’t even shocked which shows this is a know issue. Then we had to fight to get a refund because they have a “no refund” policy. It’s not like we just chose to leave. It was infested with insects that we didn’t want to bring home. We were finally able to recoup 2 days of our money thanks to Expedia helping. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. "

"Closed all but 1 pool for a festival. One pool for an entire hotel of guests. Festival music didn’t stop until midnight. "

"Besides being in Paradise, the staff at the resort was the absolute best! Every encounter with a a staff person was the same. Kind, friendly and genuinely caring."

"Obviously this hotel is at the best location for an early flight which is why we stayed here. It looks like it is from the 60’s, which could be cool with some updates. The hallway is undecorated whit concrete wall so even on the 4th floor we felt like we were in the basement. The room was very small and felt basement-y even with a view of the airport road."

"The fridge, coffee maker and closet are in the bathroom with the toilet & shower…not exactly convenient if you’re not alone. The bathroom door has gaps so very little privacy. The room lock malfunctions so you need the room key to lock the door. There’s only 1 elevator working. The partial ocean view is 10% - the roof and buildings are the remaining 90%! There’s no restaurant in the hotel so the “breakfast” pictured is for the hotel across the street. The only thing this hotel has is a muffin and coffee bar. The big 5-Star is their staff! They’re friendly and so accommodating! They’re thorough with cleaning, service and extremely knowledgeable about the area."
