"Very clean and it has designated parking. I just wish they were a little faster with their communication. The host was very nice. Our room was double booked but we were able to get into another room (they were all the same) with no problems. You cannot beat this studio, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this rental and I cannot get over how clean it was and how good it smelled. "

The air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat and humidity from outside - it actually got chilly and had to be turned down. "I did care for memory foam mattress was to soft for my liking, I would of enjoyed watch to tv, but was to far from the bed because the tv was small. However everything was amazing and if those thing are changed I will continue staying and to Vrbo is the spot, great location!!!"

"The property was centrally located to restaurants, stores & casino! The beach was steps away! Old San Juan was a taxi or bus ride away! The terrace view of the ocean was perfect! I would stay again!"

"The studio is a little outdated but its clean, neat, comfortable and has an amazing beach view! Close to restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. we had a car rental so it was a plus to have a parking spot. You can certainly take and Uber to go to further places if you don’t have a car. Staff from the building were super friendly and helpful. Only suggestion I have is to keep a broom and basic cleaning supplies just in case someone needs them. I highly recommend this place!"

"It was hot and by the airport, no stove, hot plates in the outdoor kitchen. Front door needs to be fixed, but it was Puerto Rico! So it was a good time with the best food! "
