"We had a wonderful stay at this Rio Grande property! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and a great place for our family to relax and enjoy our time in Puerto Rico. We truly enjoyed the property and the overall experience.There were a few amenities that were unfortunately unavailable during our stay, including the golf cart, the downstairs TV, and the pool, which was closed. While we would have loved to enjoy those features, they did not take away from the great time we had.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated having such a nice space to call home during our trip. Thank you for having us!"

Lo que más me llevo es la calidad humana de su equipo: desde el valet y el personal de registro, hasta los meseros, bartenders y servicio a la habitación, todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y cariñosos. De alguna manera, cada persona sabía que estaba celebrando y siempre tuvo un detalle, una felicitación o una sonrisa que hizo la experiencia aún más bonita. Las facilidades son espectaculares, impecablemente limpias y cuidadas, pero para mí lo que verdaderamente distingue este lugar es su servicio. Se siente genuino, cercano y lleno de atenciones. La gastronomía y la coctelería también estuvieron a otro nivel; disfruté muchísimo cada comida y cada cóctel. Me fui con la sensación de haber sido celebrada y consentida durante toda mi estadía. "If I could give this home more than five stars, I absolutely would!We stayed here with our family of 10, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The home was absolutely perfect for a group our size. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable, while still having wonderful spaces where all 10 of us could gather together. And the amenities! Every time we thought, “I wonder if they have…,” the answer seemed to be YES. The owners truly thought of everything.The location was fantastic and gave us the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico vacation. We were able to spend our days exploring this beautiful island and then come back to a home that genuinely felt like our own little piece of paradise. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, incredibly well equipped, and even better than we had hoped.But as wonderful as the home and location were, what really made this stay exceptional were the owners. They were simply AMAZING. From the very beginning, they were gracious, welcoming, responsive, accommodating, and incredibly easy to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want the families staying in their home to have an incredible experience. That kind of hospitality is something you don’t always find, and it made an already wonderful vacation that much more special.We came to Puerto Rico hoping to make memories with our family, and this home became such a wonderful part of those memories."

"Beautiful and spacious home; our first visit to PR and we wanted to stay forever! Manny met us at the property & had wonderful suggestions for everything from grocery stores to surfing lesson spots. The amenities at this private property were generous and everything worked as expected. Our group of 4 included myself and 2 adult children and our son’s girlfriend. The pool was so relaxing & the quiet beach was just steps away. We can’t wait to come here again!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The beach views were beautiful albeit not being able to enjoy the waters due to rough conditions and rip tides - perhaps good for surfers? The staff was helpful and available. The room was HUGE - essentially an apartment! We hope to return again in the near future! 15/10 experience!"
Beautiful Villa in the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort

"Our host, Luis was amazing! He communicated with us very well and even met us in person on the day of our arrival! There were concerns with some power outages so he had even booked us a different Villa to stay in just in case we needed it… This did not end up being the case, but his efforts to make sure that we had a comfortable stay were top-notch! The location was fantastic, as we were attending a wedding at the Wyndham resort on the same property. We enjoyed the beach there as well as Luquillo Beach, just a few miles down the road. The property was beautiful and clean, and served our purposes for our five day stay perfectly. We felt very safe with the 24 hour guard gate, as well as having our own remote control for the second set of gates, leading into the villas in cluster one. I highly recommend this host and his property!"
