First let me say location was great, walkable to the beach. Close to a lot of restaurants and souvenir shopping. The hotel was decent, nothing fancy. It was clean and adequate. No hangers in room and no dresser. Staff was great, no issues with them at all. Both restaurants were good, but busy, service was a little slow. Comfortable for a short stay. Nice pool area.

The shower had hair in it, as if it wasn’t cleaned. We frozen all night because the air wouldn’t adjust. Expensive for a cheap, run down hotel. The only positive was the staff was pleasant.

Staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. Yes the Hotel is dated but it had everything we needed for one night before our cruise. Pool was available and used by many. Two restaurants available on the spot. I appreciated that it was on the Isla verde strip, very walkable. We enjoyed the beach and great selections of restaurants, casinos, supermarket and Walgreens.
