"Our host gave us great directions for self check in, though we had no idea had to call the elevator. But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. We could walk to the beach, had easy access to the amazing Panderri bakery and restaurant, and easy access to the food kiosks. Great spot, clean and safe for teenagers
"Brought my daughter down for Father’s Day. My biggest concern is always safety and Puerto Rico is pretty wild, but this end of the island and specifically this resort are incredibly safe, multiple gate checkpoints to get in, had no issue with my 18 year old daughter and her fiends walking around the property and I would have had a panic attack if they were alone anywhere else on the island.
