"The staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was consistently delicious. My only issue was that the housekeeping service for my room was consistently poor. When I arrived the floor near the toilet was visibly dirty (yuck!), there was hair in the bathtub, and there was no shower gel. I reported these issues to hotel staff and they were not rectified. I ended up cleaning the bathroom floor myself. Eventually, I did reach out again (this time to my butler) and was able to get shower gel. I also did not receive replacement wash cloths on multiple days, and had to ask my butler for them. All in all, I am hoping my housekeeping issues were an exception, as the rest of my stay was amazing."
