"Everyone was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The staff in the main dining area were very friendly and courteous. They anticipated our needs and were always willing to help us. Housekeeping staff were also great. We can not say enough about this resort. We will definitely be returning. We had a great time."

"My stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere, with plenty of amenities, beautiful views, and great food options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. One thing that really stood out was how easy they made it to change my room from two queen beds to one king bed. There was no hassle or problem at all, and they were happy to accommodate my request. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made the experience even better. I had a wonderful time at Princess Grand Jamaica and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"El hotel ya no es “nuevo” y tiene varios puntos a mejorar: duramos 1.5 hora para el check in, la recepcionista era amable pero algo inexperta, debería haber un empleado de Recepcion ordenando y orientando la gente en las filas, para que este ahi solo él titular de la habitación, no todo el grupo, (no fue mi caso) pero un grupo delante de mi a varios les dieron habitaciones en los otros hoteles, y aclarar en las reservas que los niños también deben llevar identificación para evitar retrasos. el hotel aún no está terminado y se podían observar albañiles trabajando, es inmensamente grande y no cuenta con transporte en su interior lo que dificulta la movilidad para personas discapacitadas, el trayecto a la playa es largo y complicado, su temática es muy hermosa y estética pero no es funcional para el caribe por la oscuridad y calor que proyecta, parece Transilvania (soy arquitecto), los adoquines del piso que rodean las piscinas te queman los pies, sus espacios exteriores sobre todo en las noches son poco iluminados y tenebrosos. la comida del buffet tenía buen sabor pero no estaba a la altura de un hotel 5* algunas muy saladas y repetitivas, casi nada de mariscos, los meseros muy amables pero olvidaban las bebidas y en 2 ocasiones nunca llegaron a la mesa, entonces deberían tener máquinas de soda y café para auto servicio (es el tipo de bebida que ofrecían), la limpieza de habitación pasó a las 5pm, la nevera de la habitación estaba dañada, pero decidimos pasarla bien."
