"Worse Riu I have ever stayed at, staff has attitudes! They don’t want to help. Me & my friend witnessed staff giving tap water to drink when they know we aren’t supposed to drink it. We caught them giggling about it! Oh horrible food. They give you slop on a plate! I’m definitely not one to complain but absolutely not. & room didn’t have air conditioning, a lot of things were broke. But if you’re looking to party & drink! Heck yea. Just prepare to survive off fruit!"

"I really enjoyed my stay! Overall the property and staff were very nice. The entertainment was excellent. I did not like that wash clothes were not provided in the rooms. It took two days of verbal requests to find out you have to request them through the app. The distance from other popular excursions and attractions is the only draw back."

"Found hair on the bed and in the shower, which was disappointing. Despite requesting cleanliness, all I received was a clean sheet. Check-in experience was extremely unpleasant due to the staff. The highlight was the private island, but overall, staying at this property wasn't worth it."
