About this property
An oasis of serenity between comfort and fun
- Immersed in the Sicilian countryside among orange groves, the villa offers its guests tranquility and comfort. Swimming pool, barbecue, large verandas and large lawns give everything you need to disconnect from the frenzy of everyday life and dedicate yourself to yourself.
The location is strategic. Pedagaggi is a small village in the center between the provinces of Catania and Syracuse and ideal for those who want to discover the beauty of the Iblei Mountains.
Ideal for two people, it also has a comfortable 1/2 seater sofa bed.
The house and the swimming pool are for the exclusive use of our guests, no one can access from the outside.
The property is completely fenced but some cats that have been petted by other guests may visit you. You will have the choice to consider or ignore them, but keep this option in mind.
The price includes all the services of the house and 80 kWh of electricity consumption per week. The excess costs €0.50 per kWh.
The pool may not be available from October 1st to May 31st, if this is important to you, please inquire before confirming.
