Loved the staff here at the NOPSI. Very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean but a bit outdated. They beds were really comfortable, and the shower was hot and relaxing. Had the best drink at the rooftop pool. Check in and check out was easy as well. I would stay here again

Very nice and clean room. No available parking except valet for $50/night. Guest were extremely loud in hallways and one room moving chairs across floor woke me. Will stay again! Great location and amenities for the price.

Room was very clean and staff friendly. Would have been nice to have a little refrigerator in the room instead of a cold bar where all the drinks were extremely overpriced. The Dish TV was not good at all. The available channels did not match up to the guide. Because of the restaurant in the hotel the thick smell (on the main floor) of meat being smoked permeated hair and clothing. I’ve stayed here numerous times and will continue to use them for quick stays in NOLA
