"This hotel is positioned in such a way that to access it you must enter through a trailer park, which feels uncomfortable and somewhat unsafe. For the first time in many years, this is the first hotel I have seen that has a sign on one of the walls after the business center stating that they are “not responsible for items in the room.” I found this highly ridiculous and concerning, as it reflects a poor sense of security or negligence.
In my room there was a light bulb that was not working; I reported it in the morning. During the night, some of the outlets were also not functioning properly, and my phone did not charge overnight. In the morning, I could not find a single outlet that worked.
Despite all of this, the front desk employees were very attentive and apologized for what happened in the morning. Thank you for that, but this stay cost money and the facilities need improvement."
