Everything was perfect. House is clean and cozy. There is no kettle. This is only thing we were missing in the kitchen. It was an easy check in/out. We recommend this property to stay in Carlsbad.

Carlsbad Caverns Trip

The house is located in a nice neighborhood at the south end of Carlsbad. It was a great location to get to Carlsbad Caverns. The house had everything we needed for a two night stay. It was clean and comfortable.

Nice stop in Carlsbad

The house is new, clean, and well appointed. Owner was easy to communicate with and very amenable to request. The space was perfect for our family and the location is close to Carlsbad caverns. You will need to drive into Carlsbad because not close enough to walk but really that was not inconvenient. Neighborhood was safe and we had no issues with noise.

This was a great property in a new area of town. Very clean. Easy to get to. Well stocked. Was a perfect place for our group to experience New Mexico and close to Carlsbad Caverns, which were amazing!

Lovely stay

Traveling from Utah to Texas for the 2024 Eclipse, we stayed at this lovely rental in Carlsbad. We immensely enjoyed Carlsbad Caverns and took a jaunt into the Guadalupe Mountains as well. The home had what we needed, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house itself is beautiful and comfortable.

perfect location

we had a great visit in Carlsbad and Roswell. This house was located in the perfect spot to hit all the area attractions. Clean, comfortable and a Kuerig- everthing you could ask for. Plan to return, hope the house is available for my next trip.

Wonderful stay in Carlsbad!

We had a great stay at Matt's property. The house is spacious, new, and very comfortable. Matt was very open with communication about check-in and responsive to questions we had. The house is well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. We had only a short stay but would highly recommend this property.

Nice, Clean, and New House in a nice neighborhood

The house is new and very clean. Kitchen was stocked and we were comfortable. Listing says "sleep 7", but there are only 3 beds, but we bought an air mattress from WalMart and it was fine for our 7 year old. Lastly, if you need to use the washer and dryer, you will need to request it. It all, it was very nice rental.

Vacation stay

Fantastic, beautiful house! The accommodations were very, very nice. I would say it only sleeps 5 comfortably, though, and the living room has seating for 4. If you need laundry access, request it beforehand! Overall, it was good for our short stay. Management was prompt in response to concerns. Overall, great experience here, I recommend.

Pretty good

Had a hard time getting ahold of host at first and couldn’t access the house for a bit. Found an open and unlocked bedroom window and the laundry was a mess but we did end up being able to use it. There was also a neighbor yelling in the streets our first day. Other than that, house was newer and comfortable and close enough to the caverns for easy access. We would stay again if we were back in the area.

Everything it said it was!!

We were only going to be in Carlsbad for one night before heading to Santa Fe, and were looking for a nice, clean place to stay. Well, we found it. This home was terrific. It was big, clean, and exactly what we needed for the night. We had to call the owner a couple of times and he was able to help us out right away. If we come back to Carlsbad, we will be staying at this place again. It is only 25 minutes or so to the Caverns which was great too. We hit those on the way out of town. If you reserve this home, you won't be sorry at all.

Welcome respite.

We arrived at dusk after grabbing take out at the Chinese buffet in town. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. The beds were comfy, tho' nightstands and a lamp on either side of the master bedroom bed would have been nice. The four lounge chairs in the living room were comfortable tho' end tables would have been nice too as one needs a place to put drinks. The coffee pods, sugar and powdered milk were appreciated in the morning. It was a perfect place for my brother and I to stay for a tour of the Caverns.

Lovely and clean house

The house was clean and in a new neighborhood. It was quiet and had easy access to all the activities we had planned. We did ask for access to the washer and dryer prior to arrival, so we were able to use it with the stipulation of bringing our own detergent. I had asked if the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils since we planned on cooking breakfasts and dinners during our stay. I was told it was well stocked. I would not say it was well stocked to cook for a group. The pots and pans were all small and we needed a whisk to make one of our desserts, but there was no hand whisk or mixer to be found. The strainer was tiny and there wasn’t a pasta spoon either. I know we’re probably the minority who want to cook on vacation, but a few more kitchen items would make this place great! We also never received check out instructions, so I wasn’t sure exactly what to do - we put the towels in the wash since we had access and stripped the beds since that’s what we’ve done in other vrbo’s we’ve stayed at. aside from those minor issues, the house was great and I would definitely recommend!
